Ensure that the agency team arrives on time with the equipment, after passing security hurdles at the gate, post multiple calls, email approvals, and more.

Starts calling team members to check if they are arriving on time. It’s a typical Bangalore Thursday, so challenges khatm nahi hote!
Subah 10:45 baje.
The shoot starts, and our fantastic team members begin to showcase the creator in them while the camera crew fixes the lights and the creative team debates the treatment and impromptu changes.
Dopahar ke 12 baje.
You would have hoped to complete 2–3 sequences, but only one is finished, and we underestimated the time it took to move equipment and sequences. However, you are saved because your team members are accommodating and support you.

The crew is off to lunch, but my hunger is gone. In my head, I struggle to coordinate the math of finishing so many sequences with only a few hours left.
Sham ke 6 baje.
How do we get 20 people together without previous notice to finish a shot? Our engineering team managers lead the way and call their team members for the on-the-spot act.
Sham ke 7:15 baje.
The key CXO shoot is pending, and the crew is rushing to set up the location while we worry about our tech park’s 8 PM deadline to shut off the lights. Miracle! We got the shoot done in 15 minutes, thanks to on-point delivery!
Raat ke 8:15 baje.
Most of the lights are off, and we’re shooting the final raw footage, doing desk shots in low light, which adds an intense tone to the video.
Raat ke 9 baje.
We all clap and say pack up. Congratulate each other and say well done to complete everything we had in mind before we head home.
Raat ke 11 baje.
I am now thinking of the timelines for the final video while my legs start to hurt.
