A quick hint: There is no golden rule!

To me, it’s Authenticity and Relatability.

Why? A core reason is that you believe in the content and feel your audience will learn, connect, and share!

What? Authenticity trumps every rule of so-called “viral content.” Your content needs to be relatable to your target audience. Have you thought about who your target audience is? Don’t say everyone on LinkedIn! 😆

How? Share the content in an interesting yet simple way. Don’t make it complicated or too technical. It’s not about showing mastery but a genuine intent to share what you think. The idea isn’t to get likes but to differentiate yourself and your content and build your presence.

Whether you are a recruiter, an engineer, or a recent graduate, think of this golden circle before you post anything. Remember, your content builds your persona on LinkedIn.
